GW2wiki and other sites have some clues, but not all.

The voice actors for Destiny's Edge are Steve Blum, Troy Baker, Jocelyn Blue, Kari Wahlgren, and Felicia Day. I am not looking for those folks.

Unfortunately, it is not completed. It seems the female norn player voice is played by Claudia Christian. I really like her role in Babylon 5, but it is not the best character voice in GW2.

This is a lovely video on the voice acting. Unfortunately it's just the main characters, but a good watch none the less. I'm still looking for who did the Charr male voice for one of the NPCs in Lions Arch. Can't seem to find it.

*EDIT - I think the Charr NPC in LA might actually be voiced by Steve Blum too. I think maybe he just changed the pitch of his voice a little. Still looking to confirm this though. I'm not going to rest until I find out who's uber sexy voice that is! lol*
