Thread: Error 3002 email not found

    I got my game registered, went to log in and play the first time and got error code 3002 email not found. Contact support.

    I get that support is slammed right now but a least a "we hear you and are looking into it would be nice"

    Right now I just feel out $60 with no help at all available. Tried support, twitter, facebook - no response anywhere and game that I can't even launch. Big let down and I'm quickly growing to hate this game and may soon call the credit card company to get my money back. Very Frustrated.
    Personally I Think its someone hacking you or multiple people because this happened to my friend it keeps saying hes online and most of his characters have gone up levels since he hasn't been able to play.

    If that someone is still playing on his account, and if he hasn't done so already, then I highly recommend that he tries to use this page to change his password:

    https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery

    If that doesn't work anymore, then his account is definitely hacked and his email address has been changed. In that case, he should update his support ticket (I assume he created one) and set the title to something like "Hacked Account: Please Block!" to get their attention. In addition, post on the official forum (https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum) to ensure that they do indeed block the account. If they don't do that, then the hackers may delete everything he has on his account...

    Note that on average it takes around 5 days for a hacked account ticket to be completely process and for the account to be returned to the owner.
